He is survived by: his son Melford Keith Blakely; his daughter-in-law Charlene "Ann" Blakely; his grandsons, Nicholas Adam Blakely and Clinton Barry Blakely; his sister Annie Mae Johnson (Sylvester); his children, Milton Don (Charlene), Michael Stephen (Deborah), Marvin Lamar, Paula Roma Patrick (Timothy), Patrick Francis (Valerie) and Elisa Ramona Frazier of Atlanta, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Farrah Lashay Blakely, Jarrett Rashawn Blakely (Iesha), Shayla Nicole Blakely, Nicholas Avery Blakely, Stephanie Camille Blakely, Jasmine Patrice, Brandie Patrice Blakely, Kassie Chiffon Viruet (Christian), Jamecia Brianne Alexander (James), Jalecia Ariane James (Darius), Paige Ladon Merrick (Victor) and Jordon Ramon Frazier (Devin); and also Bernice Blakely (Booker).
