He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Russell (Mike) and Gertrude Russell; his sister Mona; his son Shawn; and his granddaughter Kaylana.
He is survived by: his wife Sue of Beaver; his children, Brock (Stacey) of Beaver, Stacey Leinen (Destin) of Amarillo Texas and Stefanie Fulton (David) of Kingston Oklahoma; and his stepdaughters, Amy Almond (Chris) of Knowles and Anna Davis (Kenny) of Pond Creek. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, people wishing to honor Bill's lifelong commitment to family and community can make donations to the First Christian Church of Beaver.
