It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Joan Kasser of Beaver, Oklahoma, born in Saint Francis, Kansas, who passed away on March 21, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Miller and Barbara Miller; her siblings, Judy and Larry; her husband Victor Kasser; and her daughter Kat Peterson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Frances Kasser, Richard Miller, Mick Miller and Gale Miller; and her children, Vickie French, Nancy Skipper (Ron) and Victor Kasser. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Association for Search and Rescue in her memory.
