She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kiser and Carol Newell Kiser; her husband Otis Desper; and her siblings, Pearl Simmons, Betty DeLay, Naomi Evans, Bill Kiser and Gene Kiser.

She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Evans (Charlie) of Guthrie, Barbara Dowler (Grant) of Arnett and Cathy Lockhart (Jim) of Beaver, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Erin Hernandez (Casey), Whitney Fairsheets (Ryan), Colin Evans, Gina White (Troy), Stacia Cole (Dusty), Jaret Dowler (Elizabeth), Christopher Desper (Stefany), Zachary Jones (Natalie), Nathan Jones (Laura) and Brock Jones (Kari); her great grandchildren, Harper Hernandez, Lucy Fairsheets, Hazel Fairsheets, Miles Fairsheets, Kyra Evans, Hunter White (Tristen), Cooper White, Tyson White, Rowdy Cole, Kaylin Cole, Carlie Dowler, Jadyn Dowler, Brooks Dowler, Cody Desper, Bobby Desper, Isaiah Jones, Adam Jones, Preston Howard, Dakota Howard, Caden Jones, Blake Jones, Devan Walton, Kaelyn Niblett, Taryn Niblett and Tripp Jones; and her caregiver Kelly Taylor.
