She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willis Lansden and Merlee Lansden; her husband David Paul Bales; her siblings, Cheley Lansden and Joe Lansden; her children, Brian Paul Bales, Stephany Kathal Bales-Tubby and Jeremy Edric Bales; her grandchildren, Harrison Alexander Bales, Blake Hunter Scammahorn, Shelby Naomi Scammahorn and Beckett; and her great grandchild Elliot Guess Bales.
Her contributions to her community are too numerous to list fully, but if you ever caught the Old Time Church service at the First Presbyterian Church, you would have heard her love of her church and her Lord shine through her spirited singing and piano accompaniment.
