With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irvin Thomas Riggs of Beaver, Oklahoma, born in Elk City, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 24, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Riggs and Mildred Riggs; and his wife Pam. He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Lorrain Watt; and his sons, Paul Riggs (Tricia), Jeremy Riggs (Christina) and Tommy Riggs (Kathy). He is also survived by seven grandkids, five great grandkids, four brothers, three sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
