He is survived by: his parents, James Kenneth and Gladys Elizabeth Dixon (Kelley); his wife Barbara of Forgan, Oklahoma; and his daughters, Evelyn Dixon of Knowles, Pam Kirkpatrick of Jenks, Sheila Norton of Forgan and Joy Murray of Forgan. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
