He was predeceased by: his siblings, Warren, Charles and Norma Smith; and his great grandchild Justin Ray Baker. He is survived by: his spouse Willia Shrum of Camargo; and his children, Randy, Rochelle Mote and Kevin. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
