He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Dean Phelps; his brother Joey Hageman; and his stepfather Konnie Winters. He is survived by: his mother Oletha Joy Phelps (Wooldridge); and his siblings, Bobbie Phelps, Tina Elledge, Leisha Gibson, Charlotte Meier, Shawn Meier, Malinda Avalons and Eddie Faye Bright. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters spouses, their children and grandchildren, and so many aunts, uncles and cousins as well as his two children.
