It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Elaine Carter (Beaver, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Marie Campbell; her daughter Katy Bookstore; her stepfather Earl Jiles; and her brother Chris Campbell. She is survived by: her father Bobby Campbell (Mercedes Campbell) of Oklahoma City; her husband Steven Carter; her daughters, Jennifer Surrett (Kevin) of Yukon and Sara Brennon of Oklahoma City; her brother Randy Campbell (Peggy Campbell) of Yukon; and her grandchildren, Kylian Redemer, Cherish Winchester, Trevor Hitchcock, Blake Hitchcock and Abella Plus.
