We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Bernard Duane Smith (Beaver, Oklahoma), born in Liberal, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Wayne Smith and Wanda June Smith (Hillman); and his daughter Daisy. He is survived by: his family Crooked Creek; his wife Dixie J. Franks; his son Blake; his sisters, Bernadine (John Harris) and June Smith; his children, Levi Smith, Jimmy Dixon and Ashley Smith; his grandchildren, Codie and Corie Dixon; and his children, Hazel, Logan and Wyatt Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorial donations may be made the the fire department of your choice or to the Bernie and/or Dixie medical fund at the Security Bank in Laverne, Oklahoma.
