She was predeceased by: her mother Ensie Watson; her husband Louis Billy; her children, Henry Billy, David Billy, Elvis Billy, Larry Billy, Linda Willis, Alice Marie Davis, Loretta Billy and Diane Billy; and her siblings, Jimmy Dale, Ora Caruth, Daisy Watson and Marie Baker.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Billy of Battiest, Oklahoma and Jimmy Dale Billy of Battiest, Oklahoma; and her granddaughter Kiamita Ludlow Lopez of Pittsburg, Oklahoma. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
