He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Kenneth Smith and Lucille Smith; and his brothers, Larry, Lonnie and Timothy Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann; his children, Aaron, Jacob and Katie; his grandchildren, Hannah, Hunter, Marcus and Sammy; and his sister Cheryl Smith Garvy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
