She was predeceased by: her parents, Shaheen DeGaish and Loreen Ives DeGaish (McMillian); and her husband Herman David Templeton. She is survived by: her children, Justin Clay Templeton and Shalisa Denae Klintworth. She is also survived by brother and sister; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
