She is survived by: her daughter Denise Hannan Carlisle (Tom) of Bartlesville; her grandsons, Brian Carlisle (Anna) of Tulsa and Chad Carlisle (Samantha) of Los Angeles, California; her great grandchildren, Braden Carlisle of Tulsa and Redd Carlisle of Los Angeles; and her brother-in-law Donnie Hannan (Sue) of Paducah, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
