He is survived by: his grandmother Ruby Medley of Coffeyville, KS; his parents, Leland Fouts and Linda Fouts of Coffeyville, KS; his sister Stacy Taylor of Coffeyville, KS; his sister-in-law Wendy Phillips (Holly Fouts); his daughters, Shianne, Sierra and Savannah Fouts; and his stepdaughters, Megan Crawley and Taylor Crawley.
