He was predeceased by: his daughter Jackie Clairborne; and his siblings, Theodore Adair, Donald Adair, Ida Mae Adair, Clinton Adair and Eddie Adair.
He is survived by: his parents, Roosevelt Adair and Clara Adair (Turner); his wife Cherita; his children, Clinton Adair (Ashton) of Oklahoma City, Carol Wilson of Wichita, Faye Adair of Tulsa and Christy Adair of Rancho Cucamonga; his stepchildren, Briana Shoate and Courtlyn Shoate; his grandchildren, Stephanie Wyatt and Nicole Murray of Kansas City; and his siblings, Everett Adair (Susie) of Bartlesville, Rosine Ratliff of Bartlesville, Ruth Nash of Bartlesville and Maude White (Roscoe) of Bartlesville. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
