He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Oliver and Freida Amy Alice Franks; and his wife Gloria Diane Franks of Ponca City, OK. He is survived by: his children, Richard Wayne Franks of Bartlesville, OK and Jennifer Lynn Collins (Justin Collins) of Brisbane, Australia; his grandchildren, Olivia Johnson, Macie Collins of Australia and Kole Tate of Destin, FL; his former wife Arvella Franks of Bastrop, TX; and his brother James Franks (Sharon Franks) of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
