He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Phillippe and Eunice Phillippe; his son James Joel (Rita Phillippe); and his siblings, Marcus and Naomi Croft.
He is survived by: his wife Sally of Bartlesville, OK; his sister Esther of Dewey, OK; and his children, David (Sandy Phillippe), Rachel (Josima Ferreira), Debbie (David Keith) and Becky (Graham MacCallum). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davis Family Funeral Home & Crematory - Walker Brown Chapel (4201 Nowata Rd, Bartlesville, OK 74006). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Wesleyan Church (1776 Silver Lake Rd, Bartlesville, OK 74006).
