She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Leroy Bishop and Joan Elizabeth Hill; and her husband Lawrence DeWayne Watters. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Franks (Mike) of Bartlesville and Travice Leroy Watters (Leeland Watters) of Bartlesville; and her grandchildren, Alexis Franks of Bartlesville and Chance Watters of Bartlesville.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions be made to Washington County SPCA in memory of Patsy Watters.
