He is survived by: his parents, Melissa L. Miller (Slauenwhite) and Kenny Revard; his daughter Avrianna Hahn (Slauenwhite); his siblings, Cianna Revard (Rowdy), Jazzmen Burkett (Levi), Keri Hoff (James), Jasmine Martinez, Ronnie Martinez Jr., Conner Martinez, Brayden Denton, Jayden Denton and Landon Miller; and his grandparents, Rick, Bonnie Slauenwhite, Gary, Norma Revard and Anna Martinez. He is also survived by six nieces, four nephews, and numerous extended family and friends.
