She is survived by: her spouse James Arthur Hooker; her children, Steve Hooker of Bartlesville, Mike Hooker of Pryor Creek, Greg Hooker (Sandy) of Bartlesville, Sharon Ortiz (Paul) of Bartlesville and Linda Robertson (Dean) of Bartlesville; and her grandchildren, Matthew Hooker, Jonathan Robertson, Michelle Barnes, Joshua Ortiz, David Hooker, Erik Robertson, Cindy Thomas, Dayla Vaughn, Mackenzie Hooker, Paco Hooker and Alex Hooker.
