He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Johnson and Edna Johnson (Chapman). He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Johnson, Joshua Johnson (Diem), John Johnson, Matthew Johnson, Rachel Gustke (Kyle) and Ratu; and his grandsons, Connor, Corbin Johnson and Jay Gustke.

Charitable donations may be made in memory of Kenneth Johnson to St. Jude's Children's Medical Center.
