He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Baker and Louise Baker; his sister Joyce Sisson; and his wife Margaret Smith. He is survived by: his son Kenneth Carl Baker II; his stepson John Laird; his daughter Shelby Castle Blackwell; his grandson Joshua; his nephew Mike Sisson; and his niece Anita Fry.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory (1600 SE Washington Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74006).
