He was predeceased by: his parents, John Daniel and Jane Irene LeVan (Hancock); his wife Annie LeVan; and his brothers, Joe and David LeVan.
He is survived by: his children, John Daniel LeVan IV (Deanne), Tracy Jean LeVan Combs (Cecil), Franklin Kelly LeVan, Sunny Danielle Tellez (Julio) and Ivy Rose LeVan. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
