He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Givens and Irene Givens; and his son Jim Dean Givens. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Givens; and his children, Ronnie, Lucas and Angela. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
