He is survived by: his wife Sami; his father Steve Kline; and his siblings, Jason Holtzen (Amanda), Cody Pyatt (Emily), Marcus Wells (Kasi) and Lacy Ferguson (John). He is also survived by 4 nieces, 5 nephews, many friends.
