He is survived by: his sons, Steve Carrow of Tulsa and Scott Carrow of Jacksonville; his granddaughter Kristin Carrow of Skiatook; his sister Thelma Batts of Kitty Hawk; and his significant other Doris Kastner of Bartlesville.
