He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy Lou Ellis; his children, Jerri McCollum of Bartlesville, John Russell "Rusty" Hallaway (Jennifer) of Bartlesville and Dudley Hallaway II (Leslie) of Bartlesville; and his siblings, Elizabeth Miller of Cherryhill, Richard Jones, Mary Kay Misenheimer and Mary Lou McWilliams of Muskogee. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
