He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Baughn and Iva Baughn; and his sons, Steven Keith Baughn and Richard Gregory Baughn. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean Baughn of Bartlesville; his sons, Stan Baughn (Donna) of Bartlesville and David Baughn (Deanne) of Derby, UK; his grandchildren, Taylor Baughn of Albuquerque, NM, Jared Baughn of Bartlesville, OK, Kendall Toole (Chris) of Denver, CO, J. R. Dixon-Baughn of Collinsville, OK, Caden Baughn (Caitlyn) of Dewey, OK and Brydan Baughn of Dewey, OK; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Adelina, Easton Baughn of Bartlesville, James Baughn of Dewey and Lainey Dixon of Collinsville.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Wesleyan Church (1776 Silver Lake Rd, Bartlesville, OK 74006).
