She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Robertson and May Robertson (Newkirk); her son Ricky Foreman; and her sisters, Wanda Crownover, Melba Cleveland and Fay Helm.
She is survived by: her children, Gayla Foreman Ruble of Bartlesville and Kevin; her daughter-in-law Heather Foreman of Copan; her sister Cletus Sanderson Oyler of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Marshall, Tiffany Foreman of Bartlesville, Amberly, Jody Hanna of Dallas, Kassidy, Kyle Powell of Nowata, Kendall, Justin Huntington of Nowata, Tomi Naro of Bartlesville and Kirk Foreman of Bartlesville; and her great grandchildren, Madilyn Hanna, Kannon, Kane Foreman, Kaidyn Powell, Kallen, Kase Huntington and Kash Thomas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
