It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Gaines (Bartlesville, Oklahoma), who passed away on March 4, 2019, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Roger Dale Woolery; and her sisters, Peggie Katherine "Kay" Woodall and Jolynn Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Terry; her mother Veronica Woolery of Bartlesville; her children, Jenica (Steve Medina) of Bartlesville, Sara (Steve Stewart) of Skiatook and Devon Gaines of Bartlesville; and her sister VeAnn Scott of Bartlesville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations may be made to the SPCA Animal Shelter at 16620 OK-123 Dewey, Oklahoma 74029.
