He is survived by: his parents, Herbert William Lewis and Mary Elizabeth Ivy (Marshall); his wife Lois; his children, Deborah Jean Mattox of Bartlesville, Edward Lee Lewis of Bartlesville and Mary of Bartlesville; his siblings, Leonard "Butch" Lewis, Pam Whitting of Sedan and Karen "Kay" Whitting of Wichita; and his grandchildren, Tommy Keener, Jamie, Tyler Crawford, Crystal Vick, Travis Crawford, Tristina Sutton, Dawson Davis, Victoria, Chance Harper, Ashley Robinson, Ray, Andy Lewis, Amy, Clint Lewis, Tabatha Harlow, Logan Lewis, Kacey, Lexi, Noah, Ryan, Tucker, Brelynn, Aydon, Brycen, Dayson, Theresa, Sarah, Annalee, Colton, Payton and Pasley.
