She is survived by: her husband Gary Winters of Bartlesville; her stepdaughters, Leigh Anne Dunkin (David) of Seattle and Brooke Cox (Chad) of Bartlesville; her grandchildren, Parker and Wyatt Cox of Bartlesville; her brother Frank Crow (Sheri) of Bartlesville; her nieces, Rebekah and Sierra; and her nephew Jeremiah.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel (1600 SE Washington Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74006). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma in honor of Barbara's memory.
