She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alvin Blackwell and Nadine Blackwell; her son Joshua David Fleming; her former husband Dave Fleming; her granddaughters, Samantha Fleming Anderson of Skiatook and Jessica Fleming of Skiatook; her husband Tom Alltop; her grandson William Anderson; her siblings, Gloria Blackwell, Virginia Carroll, Tim, Evie Blackwell, Lori, John Tisdale, Tom Blackwell and Jerry Blackwell; her brother-in-law Herb Carroll; and also Nadine Chambers Blackwell.
