He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Kelly (Jack) and Ginnie Kelly (McCracken); and his siblings, James Kelly, Edward Kelly and Minnie McClain.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Weston; his children, Duane Kelly (Renee) of Warner Robins, GA and Melody Geeo (Jon) of Copan; his grandchildren, Amber Boley (Daniel) of Texas, Shannon Kelly of Georgia, Caitlyn Fielding (Kevin) of Ochelata and Dalton Geeo (Cherokee) of Nowata; his great grandchildren, Kasen, Carly, Kohen Fielding, Cooper and Ryder Geeo of Nowata; his nephew Al McClain; and his sister-in-law Janice Weston of Fairfax. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
