He is survived by: his wife Joy Tate; his sons, Thad Tate (Oneta) of Atwood and Randy Tate (Leslie) of Shawnee; his grandchildren, Lance, Storm Tate and Danielle Myers (Connor); and his great grandchildren, Shaylee Tate and Delilah Conners. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
