He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sylvia Pettigrew and Johnny Golden; his nephew Hayden Curtis Ray Wade; his cousin Danon Coles; his uncle Del Shawn Sheffield; and his aunt Susan Pettigrew.
He is survived by: his son Axle Curtis Pettigrew of Atoka, OK; his parents, Gary Pettigrew (Staci) of Atoka, OK and Leona Ferguson (Robert) of Mangum, OK; his siblings, Marissa Pettigrew of Atoka, OK, Cari Shelton (Chris) of Bennington, OK, Destiny Pettigrew of Atoka, OK, Rowdy Pettigrew, Baylie Wilson of Atoka, OK, Kacey Chittum of Atoka, OK, Kaleb Stephens of Atoka, OK and Trey Stephens (Lindsay) of Lane, OK; his grandmother Evelyn Golden of Mangum, OK; his son Talia McCarty of Stringtown, OK; and his grandparents, Carolyn Sheffield (Delbert) of Lane, OK and Buddy Ferguson (Roberta) of Mangum, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
