He is survived by: his spouse Emiline Williams; his close friend Ted LeFlore; his daughter Sharon Rowton (CR) of Tushka, OK; his grandchildren, Lori Walker (Shannon) of Nashville, TN, Emily Rowton of Durant, OK and Chris Rowton of Tushka, OK; his great grandchildren, Luke and Brody Rowton; his brother Billy Charles Waggoner of Finley, TN; and his pets, Blackie, Big and Pooty. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
