He is survived by: his mother Mary Joyce Mayo (Settlemire) of Calera, OK; his children, Wayne Wesley Mayo Jr. of Soper, OK, James Ricky Mayo of Soper, OK and Lori Dorwart (Trent) of Bremerton, WA; his grandchildren, Julie Mayo, Wayne Mayo (Kaleigh), Jaime Mayo, Nicholas Mayo, James Mayo, Eli Mayo, Jasmine Mayo and Wyatt Dorwart; his siblings, Melvin Mayo (Debi) of Mustang, OK, June Martin of Kiefer, OK and Steve Mayo of Bentley, OK; and his great grandchild Ryan Andrew Mayo.
