He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fulsom and Minerva Fulsom (King); and his siblings, Easton Fulsom, Bobby Fulsom and Rosalee Bates.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Fulsom (Alicia) of Lakewood, WA; his grandchildren, Myia, Elaina and Thomas Jr.; and his sister-in-law Margie Fulsom of Mescalero. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
