She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Emery and Alta Golden Crain (Hendrix); her son Kenneth Sheffield; her husband Zeak Sheffield; her grandchildren, Stephen Sullivan and Katrina Ridgeway; her great grandchild Matthew Valenzuela; her brothers, Charles, Jack and Junior Crain; and her children-in-law, Garry Clemens and LaJuana Crain.
She is survived by: her former husband Sam Smith; her stepson Samuel Lewis Crain of Lane, OK; her children, Carol Clemens of Atoka, OK, Norma Burk (Howard) of Justin, TX, Phyllis Ridgeway of Justin, TX, Donna Berry (Cliff) of Atoka, OK, Troy Sheffield of Lane, OK and Darrin Sheffield (Lisa) of Ada, OK; and her grandchildren, Traci, Misty, Julie, Stephanie, Alicia, Sabrina, Ashley, Bridgette, Cheryl, Allison, Kristin, Hannah, Karsen, Jason Campbell, Derek Marlow, Chase Sheffield, Tanner Sheffield, Devin Ridgeway, Jeff Thompson, Cody Thompson, Zach Berry, Brian Ridgeway, Patrick Sheffield, Nick Granados and Hunter Wolfe. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
