Thomas Paul Garner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2023, at the age of 80, Thomas Paul Garner of Atoka, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Hazel "Marcel" Phelan of November; his wife Ruby Jewel Taylor of November; his parents, Woodrow Garner and Daisy Garner; his brother James Garner; his parents-in-law, William Garner (Bill), Charles Jerry Garner (Charlie), Helen "Susie" Apple, James "Farrell" Apple, Sylvia Garner, Bill Dryden, Fred Anderson and Wayne Stark; and his sisters, Melissia "Ann" Anderson, Alice Stark, Ruth Beard (Willy), Pat Ruiz (Bob) and Gwen Howard (Alvin).
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Kay Garner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
