He is survived by: his parents, Granville Campbell and Minnie Lee Campbell (Hicks); and his siblings, Helen Koger of Atoka, OK, Linda Sue Thompson of Weatherford, OK, Robert Campbell of Atoka, OK, Lonnie Campbell (Sherry) of Atoka, OK and Kenneth Campbell (Mary) of Ardmore, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
