He is survived by: his wife Glenda Graham-Byrd; his children, Cheryl York, Kathy Parks, Tara Huddleston, Stacey Slawson, Marcy Terry, Roger Byrd and Chris Graham; and his sister Donna Boiles. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
