With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Anthony Grimes of Atoka, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 10, 2025 at the age of 57. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Lee and Scottie Lee Grimes (McCullough); his nephew Chris Armstrong; and his grandparents, Chubby McCullough (Willene) and Evelyn Garner.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Elizabeth Grimes (Satterfield); his children, Jermey Satterfield (Kayla) of Farmersville, TX, Shanta Satterfield of Atoka, OK, Brian Grimes of Atoka, OK, Shiloh Satterfield (Claire) of McKinney, TX, Cameron Satterfield (Autume) of McCurtain, OK and Dakota Satterfield of Atoka, OK; his sister Cindy Reeves (Mark) of Kemp, TX; and his in-laws, Glenda Cockrill, Wayne Stanley of Antlers, OK, Juanita Satterfield of Antlers, OK and Gary Satterfield of Antlers, OK. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear and loved friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lane Baptist Church (621 Iron Stob Rd, Lane, OK 74555).
