He is survived by: his former wife Lillie Nowabbi; his wife Consetta Cooper; his children, Priscilla Latham (Berry) of Atoka, OK, Lorena Baker (Jimmy) of Poteau, OK, Raymond Cooper Jr. of Ada, OK and Michael Cooper of Tulsa, OK; his stepchildren, Shawna Manion (Justin) of Wardville, OK, Liliana Leflore of Atoka, OK and Quenton Leflore of Atoka, OK; his siblings, Nelson Cooper of Choctaw, OK, Mary Lou Leflore of Stringtown, OK, Linda Johnson (Jim) of Tushka, OK, Franklin Cooper of Savanna, OK, Johnny Cooper (Jane) of Stringtown, OK and Sampson Cooper of Atoka, OK; his half-brother Toney Robison of Moody, TX; and also Consetta (Leflore). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Brown's Funeral Chapel-Atoka (718 W 13th St, Atoka, OK 74525).
