She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert McInis and Dorothy McInis (Ragon); her husband Kenneth Ray Bush; her siblings, Gladys Lee Hudson and Melton Andrew McInis; her daughter Tonya Howell; and her niece Vickie Lynn Tapley.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Bush of Atoka, OK, Craig Bush (Sheila) of Baxter Springs, KS and Joshua Bush (Reva) of Lane, OK; her grandchildren, Tristian Bush of Baxter Springs, KS, Dravyn Bush of Baxter Springs, KS, Libbie Bush of Lane, OK, Dayzi Bush of Lane, OK, Dani Rai Ski Bush of Atoka, OK, Kacey Howell of Commerce, TX and Ashlie Murphy (Ray) of Quinlan, TX; and her sister Jonnie Harper (Doug) of Irving, TX. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
