He is survived by: his wife Sarah Ann Phillips (Bonham) of Harmony; his children, Lashelle Goff of Atoka, April Phillips (Mark) of Atoka, Greg Phillips (Marti) of Durant, Amy Denton (Derek) of Lane and Baby Brittany Phillips of Harmony; his siblings, Wayne Phillips of Harmony, Regina Earles (Mark) of Denison and Dotty Rambo of Denison, Texas; his siblings-in-law, Virgil Bonham (Rhonda), Glen Bonham (Pam) and Yvette Ryan (Stewart); his grandchildren, Sierah Phillips (Isabel Alvarado), Kale Phillips, Drew Denton, Taylor Jackson, Cameron Denton, Mason Denton, David Chappel, Nathan Goff, Anastasia Romero, Osvaldo Arellano, Stormy Nanney, Aeden Mullen, Eli Mullen, Mason Phillips, Faith Isenberg, Dorothy Chappel, Jamie Snowden and Lillie Mae Phillips; his great grandchildren, Whitley Bennett and Josiah Scroggins; and his friends, Tracy Northcutt, Felicia Riley, Chris Shannon, Randy Foster, David Holley, Willy Brooks, Eddy Brown, Jimmy Smith, Donald Ray Permetter, James Nash, Norma Anderson, Perry Wilson, James Cornell, Dr. Noel Emerson of Dian Walston, PA, Harold Stephens, JJ and Nelda Burrows. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
