She was predeceased by: her parents, George Newton and Edna Lee Lowe (Taylor); and her siblings-in-law, Don, Alma Fugate, Joe Dee Fugate and Bob Allen Fugate.
She is survived by: her husband John R. Fugate; her children, Misty Runkles (Jason) of Justin, TX, John Brian Fugate (Sarah) of Tushka, OK and Melissa Burrage (Mark) of Atoka, OK; her grandchildren, Trenton Fugate, Rebecca Runkles, Natalee Fugate, Victoria Runkles, Chachi Runkles, Parker Burrage, Emma Burrage and Shawn Runkles; her siblings, Gary Lowe (Diane), Don Williams, Douglas Edgar (Cecilia), Gail Bennett, Judy Hensley and Joseph Faine; and her sisters-in-law, Connie Buchanan (Frank) and Anna Fisher. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
